The Kailash Darshan via Limi Valley is a unique and serene pilgrimage experience, ideal for
devotees seeking a blend of adventure and spirituality. This 5-day journey takes pilgrims
through the pristine and less-explored Limi Valley of Nepal, offering breathtaking views of
the Himalayas. Imagine standing at Lapcha La Pass, the closest viewpoint to Mount Kailash at
just 7 km away. The icy breeze feels pious, the fragrance of juniper floats in the air, and
the chants of “Om Namah Shivay” echo across the white peaks.
For devotees dreaming of an
easier, peaceful, and visa-free Kailash experience, the Kailash Darshan from Limi Lapcha
2026 is the premier choice. This route offers a powerful darshan experience without entering
China, making it ideal for families and elderly pilgrims.
Your spiritual journey begins with a scenic drive from Lucknow to Nepalgunj, a border town nestled in the Himalayan foothills. Upon arrival, visit the Bageshwori Temple, one of Nepal’s oldest and most revered Shakti Peeths. In the evening, attend a comprehensive trip briefing at the hotel.
Take an early morning flight to Simikot (2,910m). The 40–50 minute flight offers breathtaking aerial views of snow-capped peaks. After landing, explore the local village and visit the serene Shiva Temple. Spend the evening acclimatising to the mountain air.
After breakfast, embark on a 7–8 hour drive to Tumling Village (4,150m). The route winds through lush valleys and unveils panoramic views of the high Himalayas. You will stay in a traditional homestay, offering a glimpse into the authentic culture of the mountain people.
The highlight of the yatra. We travel to the Kailash Viewpoint (approx. 4,500m). From here, you will witness the magnificent North Face of Mount Kailash and the holy Lake Mansarovar. After performing prayers and soaking in the spiritual energy, we return to Tumling.
We retrace our path through the valleys and high-altitude villages back to Simikot. Use this final evening in the mountains to reflect on your spiritual experiences and enjoy the quietude of the resort.
Fly back to Nepalgunj for a final view of the Himalayan giants. Upon landing, a private vehicle will transfer you back to Lucknow, marking the conclusion of your sacred pilgrimage.
